A former track rider and former junior world champion on the track, Scott is the ultimate team player. As Ralf Aldag would say, he is like a firefighter. He is a helping hand everywhere and it's not an easy job. He never gets the race program that is perfect for him but he is a selfless bike rider who is very valuable to the team. His goal is to always ride 100% for the team and to make the Tour de France team.
