Kanstantsin Sivtsov (Gomel, Belarus) 25

2008 is the first year for Kanstantin on Team High Road. He is shy but very focused and interested in getting to know everything about the team and how it works. He made a name for himself in 2004 winning the U23 World Championship Road Race and in 2007 he placed fifth in the young riders classification at the Tour de France. He comes to the team as a talented climber with a lot of talent yet to show.
