KANSTANTSIN SIVTSOV (26)
2008 was a successful year for Kanstantsin Team High Road. He is shy but very focused. He is a climbing talent and an excellent domestique.
In April he rode the stage of his life to win dramatically on Brasstown Bald in Tour de Georgia. His win on the mountain earned him the overall win in the race.
He went on to be an excellent helper to Kim Kirchen in the mountains at the Tour de France.
He is former National Champion and World U23 Time Trial Champion.
