Frantisek Rabon (Prague, Czech Republic) 25
Frantisek is the epitome of a team player with the ultimate goal of being there for his teammates when there is a jersey to defend or to bring a climber into position at the base of a climb. In 2007 his teamwork was vital to the success of Marco Pinotti in the Giro and he held on to that form well into the second half of the season. He is still young and we will see great things out of Frantisek in the future.

The special thing about cycling is the grand tours. I think it's incredible just to finish these races. There is no other sport where it's possible to play 21 games in 23 days.
I like the group of people in this team. For next year we have riders from 15 different countries in the team and it is incredible that everything still works perfectly.
