Thomas Lovkvist (Gotland, Sweden) 24
Everybody has been talking about this young talent for three to four years. He is an extremely motivated and dedicated athlete and is hard to slow down. In the off season it is not unusual for him to spend six hours riding his mountain bike in the snow. He is a former Swedish Time Trial and in 2006 he won the Swedish National Road Race. He took second place in Tour de l'Avenir as a 20 year old in 2004 and has had some great results since. We are looking forward to seeing what he can do with Team High Road.

For me being sure that I come to a doping free environment is very important. Team High Road seems to have a very good structure and an ambition to do the maximum to get results.
I love riding my bike because I'm my own boss and I'm able to see how far and good I can be at my job. Also the freedom working outdoor is great.
