Team High Road Moves Official Headquarters to California, USA for it young and International cycling teams
February 04, 2008
The International Team High Road has officially moved its headquarters to San Luis Obispo, California as approved by the International Cycling Union (UCI) today. Team High Road is comprised of Elite Men's and Women's cycling teams and athletes from 16 countries, including seven National Champions from Australia, Germany, Norway, Italy and the US, 11 former National champions and three current or former world champions. “We are an International team and proud of it,” says team owner Bob Stapleton. “We are open to committed athletes from wherever they come from. One of the simple pleasures of this team is the international diversity and personal character each athlete brings to the team.” No change in the European operations is anticipated. “We remain committed to our European operations centre in Germany and our excellent staff located there,” adds Stapleton.
