Team Columbia-Highroad finished Stage Eight of the Tour of California with three riders on the final podium.
After taking two stage wins during the tour and making it over the epic Mt Palomar on the final stage, the team's sprinter Mark Cavendish finished the race with the lead in the Sprint Classification.
Also finishing a consistent tour was general classification rider Michael Rogers who took third overall and proved that he is in great form for a really solid comeback in 2009.
"I'm very happy to have finished this tour so well," said Rogers. "The team as a whole did a great job. We are lucky to be able to compete both in the sprints and in the general classification and I think it's because we really stick together so well as a team."
George Hincapie place third on the final stage into Escondido. He won the bunch sprint with two breakaway riders up the road. Happy with his early season form, Hincapie will now head to Europe to prepare for the spring classics.
